We believe our customers need to be able to count on our response time and accessibility in emergency situations. Studio Gear is available in out of hours situations using our 24 hour paging system. Our normal business hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

Our Policies
  • First time customers are COD.
  • All major credit cards are accepted.
  • Customers renting equipment must have a certificate of insurance which covers the equipment for loss or damage. In lieu of insurance, a credit card approval is required for the value of the equipment.
  • Open account status is available with a completed credit application and certificate of insurance.
